Customer service is everything....

I was doing some spring cleaning the other day & found this award I won a few years ago: The Ted Rogers Award. This is a national award given annually, across all Rogers platforms, for excellence in customer service. It's the top award in the company for this honour. In a world full of shrinking customer service, I was happy to be recognized in this regard along with two amazing colleagues, Dave & Rob.

In radio, the listeners are the customer. The challenging part is that most of the time you don't see your customer, so you need to connect in every way possible to build that relationship.

I have been honoured and blessed to have built some great relationships with my “customers” – the listeners – and am lucky I can stay connected with them through social media. I look forward to reconnecting again on all levels in the future.
