I will admit, as will my circle around me, I am no fashionista. I own a total of one suit. If you’ve seen me in it, that’s it. I own no more. For the most part I am a shorts & golf shirt kinda guy. Pretty much 365 days a year. Even yesterday when I had shorts on I got a bunch of funny looks from people and the odd comment as well because the calendar still said March 23rd, even tho it was 17 degrees. But I digress. Point being, I wear for comfort, not for style. I know who I am and I’ll never be on the tv show “Dress to Impress.” lol
But, I have to admit, I finally got a W. For years my wife has been telling me that black & blue don’t go together. Anytime I would throw on some black shorts with a blue t-shirt, or vice versa, I would get that partner death stare, followed by, “I really wish you would change your clothes.” I knew she was likely right. Again, no Calvin Klein here. But yesterday, yesterday was a sign from the universe. My good friends from the Toronto Maple Leafs bailed me out. Have a look. 😊
