Why didn't I start a Costco back in the day?! That place is utter madness. And it has to be a gold mine, no?!
It used to be, don't go on the weekend and you’ll be fine. Then I discovered that Monday & Tuesday started to get a little busy from the people that didn’t get out on the weekend. Today is Wednesday, I went about 1:30 (even after lunch) and I’ve never seen it busier. My God was it jammed!
It might make more sense to go back to covid times & limit the crowds inside. I don’t mind going elbows up with my fellow shoppers, but when you can’t get down half the aisles because people are in line to the back of the store, what do you do?!
Honestly, I think it’s a trap. And it worked. I spent an extra ½ hour filling my cart waiting for the lines to die down.
